    I have been a member at Gold Medal Fitness for about 7 years now. It is the first gym I have joined. Since my first day as a member I was greeted by the very helpful and extremely nice staff and trainers. Everyone who works there is very knowledgeable in regards to any questions I might have about training, different exercises, or even the proper way to do a certain exercise. The variety of free weights and machines is excellent. The gym is always neat and clean. The locker rooms are very nice and well kept. Also who cant forget the very low monthly membership rate! For the money and atmosphere there isn't a better gym around.
