  Clean, and will run, this establishment is great for salads of all kinds. Great local place.

  The staff is unprofessional they didn't care to explain how the process of ordering just pointed to a sign on the wall. The set up is backwards, you pay for you selections up front before seeing your salad made in front of you while you create your salad. If you see something that you would like to add back to the cash register you go! Honestly I feel like a salad shop should smell fresh crisp air and it wasn't close the air was stuffy. The dim lighting didn't help either a salad bar shouldn't feel like a coffee shop.
